Private lessons on the wheel
Experience the joy of mastering the wheel while developing your relationship with clay. Through these one to one lessons you will be guided with attention and care. Always depending on your needs, the level and details of the teaching can be adjusted. You can just come for a few lessons until you make the cup you dream of, or we can develop a stable schedule where you will learn everything there is to the craft; from wedging the clay to applying glazes.
Duration: 1.5 hours
Cost: 35 Euros, all materials and first firings included (glazing is extra)

Handbuilding group lessons
Handbuilding offers a slower approach to clay work. Your get to be more in charge of the speed of your process and this kind of work tends to be a lot more forgiving than wheel-throwing. The rhythm also renders it a meditative opportunity where you can surrender to the plasticity of the clay and further experiment with its capabilities and potential. You will learn techniques like pinching and coiling, using slabs and gluing them where needed. Of course, glazing will also be covered so as to get you to finished and polished result.
When: Tuesdays from 6 till 8
